
How to Place International Orders
We offer international delivery via EMS at our store.
There is staff who can speak English and support your shopping.

NOTE)EMS Shipment to some countries is currently suspended by Japan Post due to the spread of COVID-19. Please check the latest detail at the website of Japan Post.

Place an order though the e-mail and PayPal.
There are only 3 steps you need to follow.
01. Please send an e-mail to
international@cliffedge.co.jp with the list of products you want to purchase and your shipping address. It would be helpful if you could list the link of product pages.
02. We will send you PayPal invoice including shipping and handling to your e-mail address. You need to create an PayPal account before you proceed payment.
03. After you finish the payment via PayPal the product will be shipped out in 2-5 days via EMS. The tracking number of your order will be informed as well.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipping and handling are carried out by Japan Postal Service's EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping and handling varies depending on destination country. Feel free to contact us about the fee.
We, Cliff Edge Co. Ltd., are not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. We do not have any control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.

PAYMENT METHOD
We basically accept paymet only payment via PayPal in our store. The buyer need to create an PayPal account in advance of placing an order. It's free and easy to PayPal account so please try if you do not have one yet.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are FINAL. Return and exchange will not be accepted.
In case there is any trouble such as the product is damaged during delivery, please e-mail
international@cliffedge.co.jp within three days after you receive the package.
NOTE) We cannot offer any return or exchange if you contact us after four days or if you have used or worn it. Thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
